Great day today, with the exception of the headache that wouldn't go away even with taking aleve and eating more protein.  anyways, did turbo jam cardio party and ab jam along with half of a belly dancing dvd that I have.  Let's just say I am not coordinated enough yet to do that sort of thing... maybe once I am less rolly polly...  ha ha... anyways here is my food journal for today.  I may have a yogurt later.  Oh, and I'm buying some protein powder this weekend to help with the post workout headache.

Did Richard Simmons again today.  I'm starting to see results in my booty and definitely in my tummy.  My legs are hurting quite a bit, but that is to be expected as I am working muscles I haven't worked in quite a while.  My arm muscles are a bit sore too, but I am happy because no pain no gain right?  Anyways, here are my calories for today.  Jeff and I split a General Tso's Chicken lunch combo from China Wok today.  It was excellent.

did Leslie Sansone's 1 mile walk on the 5 day slim down dvd today.  I barely got through it, but I did it!  I also did 10 minutes of jogging in place this evening and 10 minutes of my own aerobic routine (which included more brisk walking), which I did to the music of Taylor Swift's Speak Now CD.  I love taylor swift.  anyways, here is my food journal for today!  I am going to have some air  popped popcorn later too.

Edit:  I ended up eating 13.5 cups of popcorn which made me  total out at 1696 calories for the day but I netted 1002 calories because of exercise.  My right upper arm muscle is hurting me too.  Maybe I can get my hubby to do richard simmons with me tomorrow since he has the day off... ha, yeah right.

I did Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies today!  It was a lot of fun.  Got through the whole thing without stopping, except to get a drink of water.  I will post my Food Journal later, after I have eaten dinner and decided if I have enough calories for a snack.  Got an insurance guy coming tonight.  Jeff and I are going to see about getting us some REAL health insurance. 

Edit: 8:43 PM  getting some awesome insurance!  Get this, if you have to go in the hospital it PAYS you 500 bucks per day.  139 a month!  Anyways, Here's my journal for today!

OOPS!

I forgot to post my entrty yesterday!  anyways, here is my entry for today.  After Joshua goes to bed I will be doing a 48 minute turbo jam workout, therefore I will be earning the calories that are listed on here.  I don't think I'll be eating anything more for the night though unless it is grapes or something of that nature.


EDIT @ 11:30 PM EST-  I just finished my workout and it was quite brutal.  Somehow I made it through all 48 minutes of the video.  It had been a while since doing Turbo Jam so I forgot how hard it could be.  I am now eating 2 baby kosher dill pickles @ 5 calories each.  that brings my total to 1911 calories for the day and I didn't go over my original goal!  yay!  Looking forward to tomorrow!
