I did Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies today!  It was a lot of fun.  Got through the whole thing without stopping, except to get a drink of water.  I will post my Food Journal later, after I have eaten dinner and decided if I have enough calories for a snack.  Got an insurance guy coming tonight.  Jeff and I are going to see about getting us some REAL health insurance. 

Edit: 8:43 PM  getting some awesome insurance!  Get this, if you have to go in the hospital it PAYS you 500 bucks per day.  139 a month!  Anyways, Here's my journal for today!

  1. Haha! Awesome! My mom used to have that video and I remember trying to do it with her when I was little. I still have some of the songs and exercises in my mind, lol.

  2. I love Richard Simmons, it is one of the only workouts I am actually coordinated enough to do! I might end up getting it on dvd at some point though because mine is an original and is getting worn out pretty fast.
