Did Richard Simmons again today. I'm starting to see results in my booty and definitely in my tummy. My legs are hurting quite a bit, but that is to be expected as I am working muscles I haven't worked in quite a while. My arm muscles are a bit sore too, but I am happy because no pain no gain right?
