today was a long day.  I had an energy crash and ended up going back to bed this morning from 9:30 to almost 10:30.  I also have quite a bad headache today.  I went grocery shopping and spent a lot of money on fresh fruit and veggies.  It really angers me that they want people to get healthy but yet they charge you through the roof for the healthy stuff and for 2.50 you can get a box of pasta and a jar of pasta sauce.  They have horrendous double standards.  it drives me insane!  I spent a lot of time looking at nutrition facts today as well.  I think we did a good job with what we bought, but it came to 120 bucks and it still feels like we bought next to nothing.  Had my subway today. It was soooo good!  I haven't had subway in a very long time.  I ate the whole foot long sub, but it was at least healthy!  Roast chicken breast with american cheese.  No sauce nothing else.  I am not really a sandwich person anyways.  I hate lettuce (can't stand the texture) and tomato makes the bread soggy, although I really like tomato separate.  Didn't do as well today on my calories as I did yesterday, but I did stay below what I am limited to.  If only my mom hadn't brought out those muffins after dinner...  anyways, here is my food journal for today!

As you can see, I went over on my protein intake, but that makes up for my under consumption of it yesterday.  I didn't realize stove top had so many calories in it either!  anyways, tomorrow  is my free day but just for fun I am going to total my calories up and post them.  I am very afraid.
