Great day today, with the exception of the headache that wouldn't go away even with taking aleve and eating more protein.  anyways, did turbo jam cardio party and ab jam along with half of a belly dancing dvd that I have.  Let's just say I am not coordinated enough yet to do that sort of thing... maybe once I am less rolly polly...  ha ha... anyways here is my food journal for today.  I may have a yogurt later.  Oh, and I'm buying some protein powder this weekend to help with the post workout headache.
