Today I started a My Fitness Pal account.  It is a free calorie and exercise tracker.  I really like it so far.  It reminds me a lot of spark people, but seems a lot easier to use.  Anyways, you guys are going to find out how much I weigh today, and I am not proud of the number, but believe me when I say that I carry most of my weight in my rear end and my thighs.  As of today I weigh 328 pounds.  Sadly that is not the most that I have weighed.  I have had a very hard time with my weight since 2007, which is when I started gaining weight, even though I was following a strict diet and exercise program.  I gained 100 pounds in under 6 months and even though I eventually lost some of that weight, most of it has clung to me like a bad virus no matter what I do.  I finally started losing weight again in January and I am down by 28 pounds.  However, I ran today for the first time in over a year and it felt good.  I raced my son up and down the driveway as he was riding his bike.  I ran up the driveway twice and down it twice.  I could have kept going but I didn't want to do too  much too soon.  I walked quite a few more times.  I also did some knee lifts today and some other simple exercises.  It was a good day.  Anyways, here is my food intake for today!  (please note that I just copied and pasted from my myfitnesspal.com account)

As you can see, I have quite a large portion of calories left and yet I feel full enough that I won't eat anything else until tomorrow morning.  Speaking of tomorrow, my husband has off and  we are going grocery shopping and going to get subway for lunch.  Then Saturday is my free day.  will most likely be eating under 1900 calories though, that is way more than I eat on a typical bad day.  See ya all tomorrow evening!
