had some really awesome new stuff for dinner.  Cocoa crusted chicken and Roasted Spicy Potatoes.  The potatoes were russets.  I cut up 5 medium russet potatoes and put them in a gallon sized ziplock bag.  I put in 1 tablespoon of Ortega Taco Seasoning and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.  Then I sprayed some butter flavored cooking spray in with them, closed the bag and mixed the potatoes and seasoning and cooking spray until all the potatoes were coated.  Then I put them on a cookie sheet (you are supposed to spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray... I forgot) and put them in a 425 degree oven for 40 minutes, even though the recipe said 25.  they were very yummy.  I sprayed them after 30 minutes and put them back in the oven though.  Here is the link  for the chicken:   http://remember.org/mt/mt-search.cgi?blog_id=339&tag=Cocoa%20Crusted%20Chicken&limit=20    Anyways, here is my food journal for the day.  I did a 2 mile walk with Leslie Sansone and my Standing abs routine.  Burned a lot of calories!
