 Today went well.  I kept under my sodium goal  and my calorie goal!  My weight in five weeks out come has been very consistent.  I lost another pound last week making 4 pounds lost since starting My Fitness Pal.  I am seriously addicted to that site.  I have gotten some rude comments on some things, such as my 30 day results update.  Some rude lady saying it was too soon since 30 days and 4 pounds is too soon to start posting result photos.  However, I have actually lost 32 pounds since January and 4 of them are from following that web site.  It was so rude.  I have actually lost a lot of inches around my stomach and in my face.  Others can see the difference but that lady had nothing nice to say.  Pffft.  whatever.  Anyways, here is my journal for the day!
