my great uncle died today. I wasn't close to him as he was in his 80s and I only saw him a couple of times a year. Besides that little blip in my day everything else went great. I did 20 minutes on an elliptical trainer and 32 on a seated elliptical. It was my first time on a real elliptical, but I'd been on the seated one a lot of other times. Anyways, here is my food journal for today. Had a hard time getting up to calories today. Had to force myself to eat.
