Today was  skinny Friday.  I did 2 workouts today.  The first one was in the morning.  Did a Denise Austin DVD called Fat Blasting Dance and it was 55 minutes long, but actually I did some funk dancing for 10 minutes to some Kirk Franklin songs.  I was really busting some moves and it was a lot of fun!  Anyways, my second workout was tonight at my momma and daddy's house on their exercise bike.  I rode it for 20 minutes.  So in total I burned 969 calories today!  I've been noticing that my endurance has been getting stronger and I've been getting less tired and I feel good.  I have energy. Anyways, here is my food journal for today.
