went WAY WAY over my sodium today, but tomorrow is another day so I'm not going to worry about it.  Had a yummy dinner of Lasagna.  ate lots of fruit today and killed my workout.  Did 30 minutes of Wii tennis, 30 minutes of Wii bowling, my turbo Jam 10 minute standing abs routine and a 30 minute Leslie Sansone video, Walk and Kick, that incorporated simple kickboxing moves.  My body is getting used to moving more and it likes it a lot.  anyways, here is my food journal for today.
